NTUC FairPrice Buffalo Wings, Seafood Pasta Bag Recipes 

FairPrice Christmas Recipe 1
Buffali Wings chilli cheese fries
4pax, 30 minutes
Ingredients
1 pack Farmpride buffalo wings (450g)
1kg straight cut fries
1 bottle spicy salsa dip
150g shredded 4 cheese mix
oil for deep frying
Steps
1. Deep fry 1 pack of Farmpride buffalo wings until crispy and set aside
2. Deep fry straight cut fries until crispy and golden. Lay out fries on a large baking dish, next add 1 bottle of spicy salsa dip on top followed by the Buffalo wings
3. Sprinkle shredded 4 cheeses mix on top and bake in the oven on grill mode at 200C until cheese starts to brown and bubble
FairPrice Christmas Recipe 2
 Baked seafood pasta bag
4pax, 30 minutes
Ingredients
500g San remo pasta instant spaghetti
500g San remo tomato onion and garlic pasta sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
12 medium prawns
12 scallops
16 clams
12 mussels
splashes of white wine
sprinkle of Italian herbs mix
salt and pepper to taste
chopped Italian parsley
Parchment paper
Steps
1. Boil San remo pasta instant spaghetti in a pot of salted water for 4 minutes, drain and set aside. 
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, saute minced garlic until fragrant. Add pasta sauce and bring to boil
3. Add all the seafood into sauce and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Remove seafood from sauce, leaving sauce in pan. Add instant spaghetti to sauce and coat evenly
5. Divide pasta into 4 bowls, each laid out with a large piece of parchment paper. Divide and add seafood to each bowl
6. Add a splash of white wine and a sprinkle of Italian herbs mix to each bowl
7. Wrap and tie each portion into a bag with kitchen twine. Lay out the bag in a baking tray.
8. Bake in 200C preheated oven for 8 - 10 minutes
9. Open bag to serve and sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley
