1 medium head garlic, halved lengthwise
1 large onion, peeled and diced

20g rosemary

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp ground ceyenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
