Ingredients
2 tbsp FairPrice Tom Yam Paste
250g FairPrice penne
2tbsp FiarPrice Olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
12 medium prawns
400g fresh mussels
300g fresh squid deboned
150g shimeji mushrooms
2 thai chilli to taste
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp lime juice
chopped cilantro (optional)
Method
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and when it does, add in a pinch of salt
2. Cook the pasta in the boiling water for about 8 - 10 minutes until al dente or acording to its packaging instructions
3. Drain the pasta and set aside
4. slice the squid into rings and rinse the prawns, Soak the mussels in a bowl of water, then put aside until they are ready to cook
