Braised golden chef auspicious abalone fortune pot with roasted pork recipe
Ingredients
1 can Golden Chef auspicious abalone fortune pot
150g Roasted pork belly (sliced)
6 nos quail eggs
10g ginger (sliced)
100g carrot cut into chunks
2tbsps chinese wine
20g chinese parsley, dark soy sauce, canola oil
Method
1. Boil the quail egs and de-shell
2. Add a little dark soy sauce to the quail eggs and deep fry till brown. Set aside
3. Heat the wok with medium heat and add oil, ginger and sping onion. stir fry till fragrant
4. Add the contents from abalone fortune pot, roasted pork, quail eggs and chinese wine
5. Garnish chinese parsley. Ready to serve
Red Wine-infused golden chef Australian premium wild abalone recipe
Ingredients
1can golden chef Australian premium wild abalone
1 no century egg, sliced
30g pickled ginger
Red wine marinade
200ml Just wine shiraz
100g white miso paste
100g mirin
50g Hiney
20g spicy bean paste
20g fish sauce
Method
1. mix the ingredients for red wine marinade in a large bowl
2. Soak abalone in marinade and chill for 2 - 4 hours in the fridge
3. Slice abalone thinly and serve with pickled ginger and century egg
