Quinoa corn omelette bites recipe
200ml boiled Quinoa
100g Emborg shredded mozzarella
3 Eggs
100g Emborg sweet corn
Salt & pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Grease a baking tray and spread the mixture on top evenly
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 185 degree celsius
Enjoy it as a starter or as a healthy snack
