Ingredients
- diamond cling wrap
- room - temperature butter (salted or unsalted)
- for baked potatoes and steak: parsley and chives
- for garlic bread : garlic herb
Method
1. slice herbs and stir into softened butter.
Ensure that your butter is soft but not melted
2. Lay out a sheet of diamond cling wrap and scoop the butter mixture onto it
3. roll and twist the ends of the cling wrap to form a log shape
4. Store in refrigerator for later use
