How to prepare
1. cook 2 cups of whole grain fusilli pasta and set aside
2. Cube 2 pieces of CP chicken breast
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Add chicken and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cook for 5 - 8 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
5. In the same pan, saute 3 cloves of minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant
6. Add 2 cups of chicken stock to pan. Thicken it with 1 cup of low-fat cooking cream and continue stirring
7. Once it reaches a desirable consistency, add 1 cup of broccoli florets and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occassionally
8. Remove pan from heat. combine pasta, sauce and cooked chicken, then serve!
