Ingredients
2 sadia beef or chicken burger patties
2 brioche burger buns
50g mushrooms chopped
Method
Heat up cooking oil in a pan and cook Sadia patties till golden brown (around 6 - 7mins on each side). Set aside.
In the same pan, heat up oil and fry eggs sunny side up. Season with salt and pepper. set aside.
In the same pan, heat up oil and stir-fry mushroom until soft. Season with salt and pepper. set aside
Slice brioche buns in half and lightly toast inner side in the same pan
Assemble burger, bottom bun, choice of greens, Sadia beef or chicken patty, cheese, frilled mushrooms, egg, top bun
