Tempura fish bites with salted egg yolk recipe
Ingredients
1 packet Pacific West Tempura Fish bites
1/2 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp butter
2 sprigs curry leaves
3 chilli padi, diced
3 salted egg yolks (steamed and mashed)
2 soda crackers, crushed
1 tsp chicken powder
Cooking method
Deep fry tempura fish bites and set aside
Heat up 1/2 tbsp oil and melt 1/2 tbsp butter, saute curry leaves and chilli padi until aromatic. Add in the fried Pacific West Tempura Fish Bites and toss well
Add in salted egg yolks, crushed soda crackers, chicken powder and stir-fry until fragrant. dish up and serve.
