CP fondue with CP mexican wings Recipe

Ingredients

1 packet CP mexican wings

1 loaf sourdough bread

For Cheese Fondue

75ml milk

3 tbsp starch water

1 slice cheddar cheese

100g mozzarella cheese

Method of preparation

1. Air-fry/bake the wings at preheated air fryer/oven at 180 degree for 9 - 10 minutes

2. Cut off the top of the bread. Use a bread knife to cut around the inside of the bread and scoop the centre out.

3. Boil 75ml milk, 100g Mozzarella cheese and a slice of Cheddar Cheese on medium-low heat.

4. When the milk starts to boil, stir the cheese well and add 3 tbsp starch water. Boil for another 5 minutes

5. Pour the cheese mixture into the bread loaf and serve it hot with CP mexican wings
