unripened mango, julienned
red onion sliced
ground cashew nuts or peanuts
honey
fish sauce
chinese coriander
How to prepare
Deep fry Pacific West sweet chilli fish cockktails and set aside
Mix all fruits and vegetables, add the nuts, then dress with honey and fish sauce
assemble mango salad on the rice cracker and top it off with a piece of Sweet chilli fish cocktail
Garnish with chinese coriander and enjoy!
