Chicken mushroom comfort recipe

Ingredients
1 pound chicken (bite-sized chunks)
3 - 4 pieces, dried wood ear mushrooms (soaked in warm water)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp DOM
2 cups water
salt to taste
Instructions
1. Place chicken chunks and soaked mushroom in a heat-proof bowl
2. add sesame oil, D.O.M, a pinch of salt to marinate
3. Pour water into the insert of the instant pot
4. Set the bowl of chicken and mushrooms on top of the trivet and secure the lid
5. Pressure cook for 10 mins, uncover the lid and serve
Yomeishu health tonic
Drunken prawns delight
Ingredients
8 Tiger prawns
3 pieces chinese angelica
4 pieces codnopsis root
4 pieces solomon's seal
600ml water
1 tbsp wolfberries
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 bot yomeishu
sugar to taste
Instructions
1. Marinate tiger prawns in a bowl of Yomeishu overnight
2. Bring to boil chinese angelica, codnopsis root and solomon's seal in a claypot for 30 mins
3. Add in tiger prawns infused with Yomeishu
4. Once tiger prawns are cooked, add wolfberries, light soya sauce and a pinch of sugar
5. Transfer from clay pot to plate and serve
