Recipe
Porridge
- cook the porridge until it is almost cooked
- open the lid of the abalone and stir it into the pot of
cooked porridge for 1 - 2mins for a delicious
abalone-flavoured porridge that's ready to be served
Noodles
- cook the noodles for 3 - 4 mins and transfer to plate
- open the lid of the abalone and serve together
with the cooked noodles (soupy or dry)
