A mandoo recipe
CP mushroom mandoo with 3 cheeses
Ingredients
1 packet of CP mushroom mandoo
50g Mozzarella cheese
20g cheddar cheese
20g parmesan cheese
Method of preparation
1. Deep fry/ pan fry CP mushroom mandoo in a frying pan over 
medium heat until light golden brown and set aside
2. Arrange gyoza dumplings in a circle on non-stick pan
3. Top with mozzarella, cheddar adn parmesan cheese
4. Cook on low heat until cheese melts and becomes a little crispy on the bottom
5. Serve hot and garnish with spring onions
