Shrimp mandoo in Tomato puree sauce with parmesan cheese topping recipe
Ingredients
1 packet CP shrimp mandoo
4pcs tomatoes (big)
1 clove of Garlic (peeled)
1/4 cup sweet corn cut seed
80ml olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
60g parmesan cheese (grated for topping)
Method of preparation
1. To prepare the tomato sauce, poach the tomatoes for about 1 minute in hot boiling water and immediately soak in ice cool water for a minute. Remove the skin and seeds.
2. Put tomatoes flesh, olive oil and garlic, blend together up to your preference (chunk or puree)
3. Bring to boil about 8 - 10 minutes in medium water for 5 - 8 minutes
5. Serve tomato sauce with CP shrimp mandoo and topping with parmesan cheese.
