Hummus Pita pizza with panko coated squid strips recipe
Ingredients
1 packet Pacific West panko coated squid strips
4pcs 8 inch pita bread
1 cup hummus
1 cup sun dried tomatoes
rocket salad
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius. Brush both sides of pita bread lightly with olive oil taken from sun dried tomatoes. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Bake in oven for 5 - 7 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from oven and allow it to cool.
2. Spread 1/4 cup hummus on one pita bread and sprinkle sliced sun dried tomatoes evenly on top of pita bread
3. Preheat oil to 180 degree Celsius. Deep fry Pacific West Panko Coated Squid strips for 3 - 4 minutes or until golden brown and place on top of pizzas
4. Garnish with rocket salad and ready to serve.
