Cranberry roast chicken Recipe preparations
1) preheat the oven to 200 degree celsius for 20 minutes
2) pat dry 6 pieces of Danish Family farms wings or drumsticks. Rub the chicken with 6 - 8 cloves of minced garlic, salt and pepper together with fresh rosemary
3) in a separate small bowl, combine 1/3 cup of olive oil with juice of one lemon. Pour into the chicken and marinate them for 15 minutes. Don't discard the used lemon halves
4) place chopped onion, celery and carrots at the base of the roasting pan.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil, season lightly with salt and pepper. Place the marinated chicken pieces and lemon halves into the roasting pan.
5) Roast for 35 - 40 minutes till chicken is fully cooked and we are ready to serve!
