Lemon Baked Chicken Recipe
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, crushed red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Add in a few extra lemon slices to the mixture.
Pour mixture all over chicken.
Bake uncovered for about 30 mins, or until chicken is fully cooked.
Take the pan out every 5 mins to baste the chicken.
Garnish with fresh lemon slices if desired and serve.
