Soft shell crab with spicy oatmeal recipe

Serves 4
Preparation Time 25 mins
Cooking Time 15 mins
Ingredients
250ml FairPrice Canola Oil
4 soft shell crab (1 crab cut into 4)
2tsp FairPrice Corn flour
40g FairPrice Olive Oil spread
30 Pasar curry leaves
2 Pasar Singapore Farm Fresh egg yolks
2 Pasar Chilli Padi (cut into small pieces)

Oatmeal Mixture
40g FairPrice instant Oatmeal
10g Milk powder
2g FairPrice Cornflakes (crushed)
2tsp FairPrice sugar

1. Mix all oatmeal mixture in a bowl and set aside.
2. Dust soft shell crabs with corn flour.
3. Heat oil to medium high and deep fry crabs for 2 mins.
4. In another wok, fry olive oil spread with chilli padi, curry leaves and egg yolks for 2 mins until fragrant.
5. Add oatmeal mixture and fry for 1 min.
6. Fry crabs into the mixture for 1 min before removing. Ready to serve.
