NTUC FairPrice Easy-to-Prep Delights

Sharing FairPrice Easy to Prepare Meals Recipe
Crispy baked spicy sardines
Ingredients (for 6)
360g Ayam Brand sardines in extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp chilli flakes
Pinch of salt
40g Panko breadcrumbs
50g FairPrice instant oatmeal
50g Plain Flour
1 egg beaten

For the garlic mayonnaise
50g Mayonnaise
3 cloves Garlice finely chopped
Reserved extra virgin olive oil from sardine tin
Salt to taste

Method 
Mix all ingredients for the garlic mayonnaise.
Drain sardines and reserve the extra virgin olive oil. Set aside.
 Mix chilli flakes, salt, breadcrumbs and oats.
Preheat oven 200C and line a baking tray with baking paper,
Lightly coat sardines in flour, dip it into beaten egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mix.
Arrange sardines on the prepared tray and bake for 10mins or until crisp. Ready to serve.

 Bolognese Corned Pork Fusilli Pasta
Ingredientws (for 4)
1 can (180g) Kelly's bolognese corned pork
500g FairPrice fusilli pasta
215g San Remo concentrato stir in sauce
4g Italian herbs
500ml water

Method 
Cut the Bolognese corned pork into small chunks and set aside.
Boil fusilli pasta till cooked and set aside to cool.
Heat up the Concentrato Stir in sauce with 500ml of water, add in the Italian herbs and boil.
 Simmer the sauce fro 10mins then add in Kelly's bolognese corned pork. Season to taste.
Pour the sauce over the Fusilli. Ready to serve.
